Nicholotte Parker is a Co-Owner of NorthRock Technology, LLC, working alongside her father, Dennis Parker, to lead a company rooted in precision, integrity, and decades of industry experience. With more than 10 years of hands-on work as a Land Survey Technician, Nicholotte brings deep technical knowledge and a modern, solutions-driven approach to every project.
Born into the world of land surveying, she grew up immersed in the industries that shape the Western landscape — surveying, economic development, mining, water rights, and construction. This lifelong exposure gives her an intuitive understanding of land, boundaries, and the regulatory systems that govern them.
Nicholotte is currently advancing her professional credentials, actively working toward her Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license and FAA certification for drone operations. Her expertise blends traditional surveying principles with evolving technology, allowing her to manage complex projects with clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
Together with Dennis, she continues to build NorthRock Technology as a trusted surveying firm serving communities across Utah and the surrounding region.
Kay B. Campbell is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Utah with nearly two decades of practicing experience and a career in surveying that began in high school in 1993.
Kay attended Dixie College from 1994 to 1995 in Drafting and Pre-Engineering, and was licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in November 2006. Over his career he has contributed to highway construction projects on I-15, SR-12, and US 89, including DOT bridge construction.
His work spans commercial, residential, and utility construction surveying; mineral lode claim and underground uranium surveying; oil and natural gas; subdivisions and minor-subdivisions; and boundary and boundary adjustment surveys.
Dennis Parker has been a dedicated professional in the surveying industry since 1977, bringing nearly five decades of experience, leadership, and technical expertise to the field. He began his career surveying for the mining industry, where he developed a strong foundation helping in large-scale land development, mineral exploration, and resource management. Today, he continues to manage surveying operations for Kapa Gold Limited USA and Biomediate USA, providing trusted guidance and oversight built upon decades of hands-on experience.
For more than 12 years, Dennis worked with Ballard & Campbell, where he earned a reputation for precision, reliability, and a deep understanding of the surveying profession. Following his successful tenure there, he partnered with Ferel Campbell to establish Rock Canyon Resources, expanding their ability to serve clients throughout the region.
In 2018, Dennis and his daughter, Nicholotte Parker, rebranded the company as NorthRock Technology, combining Dennis's extensive field knowledge with modern technology, advanced surveying equipment, and innovative mapping solutions. Together they have continued to build a company founded on integrity, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Throughout his career, Dennis has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of the surveying profession, from traditional field methods to today's cutting-edge GPS, GIS, and digital mapping technologies. His passion for the industry, dedication to mentoring the next generation, and commitment to excellence continue to be cornerstones of NorthRock Technology's success.
